Swags With Panels ( worked with designer Vera Silcox on selections )

Again, we have used 100% silk in a neutral tone on tone wide stripe to create these running swags positioned over stationary panels. The silk fabric drapes elegantly with a slight break to form soft puddles on the floor.

The casual treatment is perfect for framing this large bay window. Room darkening cellular shades are used for privacy, but conveniently pull up behind the swags without obstructing the beautiful view.

Casual Elegance ( worked with designer Vera Silcox on selections )

A favorite "Style" of ours is Casual Elegance. Selecting just the right fabric and a French Pleat for a drapery panel and choosing a stylish rod, is just the right touch in many applications.

These beautiful 100 % silk striped panels and swags, although simple in design, enhance the casual formality of this living room.

Downtown Roanoke Loft

This is an amazing loft in a renovated warehouse in downtown Roanoke. The clients opted to keep the exposed sandblasted brick walls as well as an existing advertisement of years gone by. The advertisment creates a dramatic focal point in the bedroom of the living space.

We used a luxurious Ultrasuede with embroidered geometric embellishments in a neutral color for the bedding and window treatments. The bedspread is channel quilted and gusseted. It is backed with a tone on tone stripe, which was also used for accent pillows. Self-welted Euro pillows along with an accent pillow made from Ultrasuede with a fun and contemporary, graphic design and brush fringe complete the bedding ensemble. The neutrality of the color palette is soothing and contrasts nicely against the bold color of the brick walls.

The room darkening Waterfall Roman Shade was created from the same fabric as the bedspread. It provides privacy when needed and completes the overall simplistic, yet striking and contemporary feel of the room.
